Gencalp Onguner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Atilla Bumin Paksu made a huge save. Atilla Bumin Paksu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hakkı Kenan Yıldız's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Murat Selim Eker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Hamit Usberk kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Hakkı Kenan Yıldız received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Atilla Bumin Paksu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gencalp Onguner struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Atilla Bumin Paksu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Babadag. After having played for 33 minutes, Gencalp Onguner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Babadag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gencalp Onguner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gencalp Onguner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Bumin Paksu having to interfere. Gencalp Onguner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Atilla Bumin Paksu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Gencalp Onguner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atilla Bumin Paksu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Kenan Yıldız in the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İshak Nafiz to make the kick off. İshak Nafiz hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, İsmail Keyfer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Hakkı Kenan Yıldız managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babadag's supporters rose to their feet, but Hakkı Kenan Yıldız was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilla Bumin Paksu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gencalp Onguner struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Kizilcahamam JK's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Kenan Yıldız came free, but Atilla Bumin Paksu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Namık Kemal Verim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Günay Bostancıoğlu during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Kizilcahamam JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günay Bostancıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Kizilcahamam JK getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Şanver Ayvazoğlu hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Gencalp Onguner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Babadag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gencalp Onguner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hakkı Kenan Yıldız came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Babadag fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakkı Kenan Yıldız couldn't finish the play. If Hakkı Kenan Yıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
