Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alkan İdris started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Mehmet Özsahin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aybars Hatipoğlu. sefo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Özsahin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Bora Ülkü took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkan İdris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th match minute, Merya SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Gariboğlu to maneuver through the defense. If Nuh Onuker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bora Ülkü showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuh Onuker in the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Merya SK's goal looked a bit too open when İzzettin Cevval came free, but Bora Ülkü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, İzzettin Cevval ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bora Ülkü was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 17th minute Alkan İdris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bora Ülkü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olcay Orkun Serter in the 19th minute of play forced sefo's goalkeeper Aybars Hatipoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nuh Onuker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fazıl Gariboğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fazıl Gariboğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fazıl Gariboğlu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkan İdris in the 31st minute of play forced Merya SK's goalkeeper Bora Ülkü to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Merya SK's Bora Ülkü played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuh Onuker in the 35th minute of play. With 37 minutes on the clock, Baha Sarıalp commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Merya SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! Çetin Taylan walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Alkan İdris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bora Ülkü having to interfere. If Nuh Onuker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Özsahin made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, sefo's Nuh Onuker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bora Ülkü made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Mehmet Özsahin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybars Hatipoğlu having to interfere. If Nuh Onuker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aybars Hatipoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olcay Orkun Serter went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. When Köksal Özdoğan came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Merya SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Köksal Özdoğan couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Merya SK's Mehmet Özsahin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aybars Hatipoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Özsahin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Olcay Orkun Serter came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Merya SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olcay Orkun Serter couldn't finish the play. Aybars Hatipoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Özsahin in the 91st minute of the match. Bora Ülkü made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Nuh Onuker sent off a good shot on target.
