Beyhan Budaklı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökmen Tanay's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute Gökmen Tanay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beyhan Budaklı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hulusi Ergazi was shown his second yellow card after 7 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of KARAHAN booed when Mezarlikbasi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hulusi Ergazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Necip Fazıl Belek came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Mezarlikbasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necip Fazıl Belek couldn't finish the play. Gökmen Tanay struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Beyhan Budaklı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KARAHAN. When Necip Fazıl Belek came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Mezarlikbasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necip Fazıl Belek couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mezarlikbasi's Özgür Baybars slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Semih Uzalp. That made the score 1-1 after 29 minutes of play. Beyhan Budaklı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdeniz Tun, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Gökçek Sadan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Semih Uzalp. Gökçek Sadan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Beyhan Budaklı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erdeniz Tun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Avni Aras made a precise shot to the right of Beyhan Budaklı. Mezarlikbasi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Beyhan Budaklı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökmen Tanay, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Özgür Baybars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semih Uzalp having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Özgür Baybars made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gökmen Tanay got free with Beyhan Budaklı in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Özgür Baybars sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beyhan Budaklı was a little too slow when Avni Aras got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 2-3. Semih Uzalp came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Mezarlikbasi's Özgür Baybars. But to his dismay, Özgür Baybars quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 63rd minute, Erdeniz Tun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Beyhan Budaklı. The goal made the score 3-4. Avni Aras charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Avni Aras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mezarlikbasi booed when KARAHAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avni Aras didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, KARAHAN's Erdeniz Tun dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. 79 minutes into the game, Gökmen Tanay lined in a short shot 3-6 behind a frustrated Beyhan Budaklı. Özgür Baybars's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Semih Uzalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After taking down the ball on Mezarlikbasi's corner Gökçek Sadan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Semih Uzalp quite easily take care of the ball. In the 87th minute of the match, Gökmen Tanay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Beyhan Budaklı was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Beyhan Budaklı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökmen Tanay in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Mezarlikbasi's Beyhan Budaklı got control of the ball when Gökmen Tanay tried to sneak it across the goal line. KARAHAN's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
