Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gökcan Acıbadem started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, İlhami Eyüp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osmangazi's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlhami Eyüp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlhami Eyüp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sezai Türkeş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yüce Gündoğan came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ünsal İzzettin could save by the left post. 17 minutes into the game, İlhami Eyüp recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ünsal İzzettin. İlhami Eyüp showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, Osmangazi's Yüce Gündoğan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ünsal İzzettin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ünsal İzzettin was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and İlhami Eyüp capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. İlhami Eyüp really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 3-0 became the score in the 40th minute when Yüce Gündoğan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Yüce Gündoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünsal İzzettin having to interfere. In the 47th minute Arif Burak Hakan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal İzzettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İlhami Eyüp made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Musa Kutlughan during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Cumaova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Musa Kutlughan to maneuver through the defense. Yüce Gündoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünsal İzzettin having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Yüce Gündoğan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osmangazi's supporters rose to their feet, but Yüce Gündoğan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ünsal İzzettin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İlhami Eyüp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ünsal İzzettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ünsal İzzettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yüce Gündoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yüce Gündoğan in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ünsal İzzettin saved Cumaova from getting behind. İlhami Eyüp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünsal İzzettin having to interfere. Ünsal İzzettin was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Yüce Gündoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cumaova's Ünsal İzzettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlhami Eyüp in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Osmangazi getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Şükrü Özselen hit a great ball. Yüce Gündoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cumaova's Namık Kemal Tuncel got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 96 minutes, Namık Kemal Tuncel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cumaova and the Osmangazi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Cumaova:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Osmangazi:s goal.
