Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when İsrafil Cesman got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, KOPENHAG's Eray Eracar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şafak Orkun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Göksel Erbelgin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Sabit Tuğtaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İsrafil Cesman in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabit Tuğtaşı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Göksel Erbelgin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabit Tuğtaşı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, KOPENHAG's Abdurrahman Yenisey got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Güven Gaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sabit Tuğtaşı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Göksel Erbelgin in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eray Eracar in the 30th minute of play forced Batı Spor Klübü's goalkeeper Şafak Orkun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Korcan Öğüç might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şafak Orkun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Korcan Öğüç ran back to his position shaking his head. When Eray Eracar came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the KOPENHAG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eray Eracar couldn't finish the play. Göksel Erbelgin had several of the KOPENHAG's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Sabit Tuğtaşı as he didn't even see the shot coming. If İsrafil Cesman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. İsrafil Cesman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabit Tuğtaşı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Batı Spor Klübü's İsrafil Cesman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sabit Tuğtaşı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Göksel Erbelgin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabit Tuğtaşı having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ahmet Korcan Öğüç managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOPENHAG's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Korcan Öğüç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şafak Orkun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Göksel Erbelgin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sabit Tuğtaşı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsrafil Cesman, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Sadri Hanedan hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Batı Spor Klübü's zone, Ahmet Korcan Öğüç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şafak Orkun came out of the goal and Ahmet Korcan Öğüç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sabit Tuğtaşı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İsrafil Cesman's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göksel Erbelgin in the 93rd minute of play forced KOPENHAG's goalkeeper Sabit Tuğtaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Batı Spor Klübü fans cheered their team off the field, for while KOPENHAG had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
