In the 4th minute, Kürşat Teksen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efekan Lokman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 8th minute, Tolga Helvacı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gani Satılmış fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sezen Sertel having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Beşir Ataergin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efekan Lokman was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Kürşat Teksen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cayiralan's supporters rose to their feet, but Kürşat Teksen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. If Tolga Helvacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Pera FK fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Pera FK's Gani Satılmış looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 39 played minutes Cayiralan got a freekick which was hit by Kürşat Teksen. Sezen Sertel made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Gani Satılmış sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kürşat Teksen was the one to do the kick off. Sezen Sertel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fahrettin Tavil in the 51st minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Cayiralan's Beşir Ataergin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efekan Lokman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kürşat Teksen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Efekan Lokman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sezen Sertel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolga Helvacı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pera FK's Gani Satılmış got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Cayiralan's goal looked a bit too open when Tolga Helvacı came free, but Sezen Sertel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Arif Dicle kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
