Batuğ Kurman came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Anamur's Tayyar Ruşen. But to his dismay, Tayyar Ruşen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Korkut Mengücek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ahmet Boran Kayaalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Anamur's İrfan Aydın in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Backroom FK's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 16 in the game by İrfan Aydın from a close distance when the talented Batuğ Kurman managed to make a qualified save. Backroom FK's players were relieved. Backroom FK's Batuğ Kurman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İrfan Aydın in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Anamur defense, Berkant Kayraalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Boran Kayaalp. The Anamur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Boran Kayaalp should have stopped the shot. When Korkut Mengücek came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Backroom FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korkut Mengücek couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Anamur defense, Berkant Kayraalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Boran Kayaalp. The Anamur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Boran Kayaalp should have stopped the shot. Korkut Mengücek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Boran Kayaalp having to interfere. Tayyar Ruşen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Batuğ Kurman made a huge save. Ahmet Boran Kayaalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korkut Mengücek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkant Kayraalp in the 46th minute of play forced Anamur's goalkeeper Ahmet Boran Kayaalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Berkant Kayraalp made the kick off in the second half. Tayyar Ruşen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Aydın in the 52nd minute of play forced Backroom FK's goalkeeper Batuğ Kurman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Anamur's Ahmet Boran Kayaalp got control of the ball when Korkut Mengücek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Korkut Mengücek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Boran Kayaalp having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Backroom FK's Ahmet Boran Kayaalp threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Berkant Kayraalp, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Korkut Mengücek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Ahmet Boran Kayaalp when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Korkut Mengücek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Boran Kayaalp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korkut Mengücek in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute Berkant Kayraalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Kayaalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Berkant Kayraalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Berkant Kayraalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batuğ Kurman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayyar Ruşen, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. İrfan Aydın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batuğ Kurman having to interfere. Anamur's Ahmet Boran Kayaalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Anamur from getting a goal against them.
