Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mustafa Hakan Ötüken made the kick off which started today's match. Bulut Hozatlı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tayyar Ruşen in the 3rd minute. İrfan Aydın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If İrfan Aydın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Aydın in the 12th minute of play forced Galatasaray's goalkeeper Bulut Hozatlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Anamur's zone, Kunter Uçanok stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Boran Kayaalp came out of the goal and Kunter Uçanok tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, İrfan Aydın fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tayyar Ruşen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 30th playminute. In the 34th minute, Mustafa Hakan Ötüken ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Boran Kayaalp was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 38 minutes, Tayyar Ruşen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anamur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tayyar Ruşen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bulut Hozatlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İrfan Aydın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İrfan Aydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bulut Hozatlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galatasaray's Bulut Hozatlı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Galatasaray from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when İrfan Aydın came free, but Bulut Hozatlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İrfan Aydın to make the kick off. Anamur were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Galatasaray's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vacib İsmet took the corner. Bulut Hozatlı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tayyar Ruşen in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bulut Hozatlı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İrfan Aydın in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bulut Hozatlı saved Galatasaray from getting behind. Tayyar Ruşen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the game, Selahaddin Cangiray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatasaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anamur the free kick. After 76 played minutes Vacib İsmet shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Galatasaray's Bulut Hozatlı to catch but Vacib İsmet was lucky. It became 3-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Kunter Uçanok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Boran Kayaalp having to interfere. If Mustafa Hakan Ötüken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
