Türkeş Kutsan took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şamil Kızıl. Şamil Kızıl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 7th minute, Türkeş Kutsan made a precise shot to the right of Şamil Kızıl. halide edip adıvar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 10th minute Türkeş Kutsan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şamil Kızıl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Türkeş Kutsan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Kızıl having to interfere. Şamil Kızıl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer Rıza Açıker in the 15th minute of the match. İsmail Orhun Hilal's late challenge caught a halide edip adıvar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İsmail Orhun Hilal helped the player get up and apologised. Necaettin Canaydin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Göksel Kolçak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şamil Kızıl. halide edip adıvar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göksel Kolçak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 34th minute, halide edip adıvar's Cenk Esendağ ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Şamil Kornes. Şamil Kornes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. 38 minutes into the match, Kahramanmaras SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cenk Esendağ came free, but Şamil Kornes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ömer Rıza Açıker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute Cenk Esendağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şamil Kornes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cenk Esendağ to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ömer Rıza Açıker in the 53rd minute of play forced halide edip adıvar's goalkeeper Şamil Kızıl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kahramanmaras SK's Ömer Rıza Açıker slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Şamil Kızıl. That made the score 1-4 after 54 minutes of play. A collision led to halide edip adıvar getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Garip Serter hit a great ball. A hard shot 60 in the game by Ömer Rıza Açıker from a close distance when the talented Şamil Kızıl managed to make a qualified save. halide edip adıvar's players were relieved. After 60 played minutes halide edip adıvar got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Danış Diriğ. Şamil Kornes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenk Esendağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Türkeş Kutsan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şamil Kızıl having to make a save. Şamil Kızıl made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ömer Rıza Açıker sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute, Behiç Hatip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Necaettin Canaydin in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şamil Kornes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ünal Kuyas kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Şamil Kızıl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ömer Rıza Açıker in the 78th minute. Cenk Esendağ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Danış Diriğ kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. halide edip adıvar's Şamil Kızıl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Kutsan in the 86th minute of play. Garip Serter got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to halide edip adıvar getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Garip Serter hit a great ball. Cenk Esendağ kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Türkeş Kutsan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şamil Kızıl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Gürhan Taran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. halide edip adıvar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kahramanmaras SK the free kick. The supporters of Kahramanmaras SK booed when halide edip adıvar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürhan Taran didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to halide edip adıvar getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ahmet Danış Diriğ hit a great ball. In the 97th minute of the match Çeliker Arslangiray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Şamil Kızıl skillfully saved the ball. The Kahramanmaras SK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
