Emrah Batıkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Asım Dalan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabri İbiş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Davut Velican during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emrah Batıkan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Baturhan Çelik. Bedri Sorgun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acar Çınar in the 11th minute of the match. Bedri Sorgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göktan Ülmen in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göktan Ülmen in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bedri Sorgun saved Sivas from getting behind. Sütlüce JK's Emrah Batıkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Sütlüce JK from getting a goal against them. Ahmet Nafiz Karanalp kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Sivas's Sabri İbiş sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emrah Batıkan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee gave Sütlüce JK a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sait Oğuztan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sivas's Bedri Sorgun. 0-1. Ahmet Davut Velican was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Sabri İbiş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Emrah Batıkan made a huge save. Acar Çınar charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Acar Çınar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sivas booed when Sütlüce JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acar Çınar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sabri İbiş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Asım Dalan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Sabri İbiş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sivas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After having played for 58 minutes, Sabri İbiş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sivas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabri İbiş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sütlüce JK's Emrah Batıkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Asım Dalan in the 90th minute of play. Göktan Ülmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedri Sorgun having to interfere. Emrah Batıkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabri İbiş in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sivas had won after a very even match.
