Yedikule JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Faruk Ünsaç in the 47th minute of play forced Yedikule JK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Oylum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hasan Eraslan was the one to do the kick off. Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Cahit Oylum having to interfere. Halil İbrahim Kutun's late challenge caught a Tut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 54 played minutes, Tut's Ulaş Tamkoç shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Oylum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tut reached it. Yedikule JK's Hasan Eraslan got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şensoy Saraç struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Sami Üke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yedikule JK. Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Hüseyin Cahit Oylum successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 72 played minutes Yedikule JK got a freekick which was hit by Cankut Haseki. Hüseyin Cahit Oylum was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ulaş Tamkoç. Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Faruk Ünsaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hüseyin Cahit Oylum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hüseyin Cahit Oylum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Faruk Ünsaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cabbar Derinöz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Sami Üke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hasan Eraslan's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. If Şensoy Saraç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
