Menderes Saygın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaşar Nuri Çınar having to interfere. Mustafa Kemal Nezihi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Selimhan Adalı having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 28th minute when Boğaç İdrisoğlu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Alacam's zone, Boğaç İdrisoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yavuz Selimhan Adalı came out of the goal and Boğaç İdrisoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Umut Kutam's late challenge caught a Alacam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umut Kutam helped the player get up and apologised. Umut Kutam hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Yaşar Nuri Çınar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Menderes Saygın's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kulspor's goalkeeper Yaşar Nuri Çınar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Kulspor getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Bayhan İley hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51st minute, Mustafa Kemal Nezihi made a precise shot to the right of Yavuz Selimhan Adalı. Alacam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After some careless play in the Kulspor defense, Menderes Saygın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yaşar Nuri Çınar. The Kulspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yaşar Nuri Çınar should have stopped the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Ünsal Uraza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alacam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kulspor the free kick. After 59 played minutes Alacam got a freekick which was hit by Ünsal Uraza. Umut Kutam kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Eşref Okyar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yaşar Nuri Çınar. Kulspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Yavuz Selimhan Adalı was a little too slow when Mustafa Kemal Nezihi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-3. Yavuz Selimhan Adalı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boğaç İdrisoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Alacam getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Alpay Erengüç hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Boğaç İdrisoğlu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 82 played minutes Alacam got a freekick which was hit by Ateş Soytekin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boğaç İdrisoğlu in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yavuz Selimhan Adalı saved Alacam from getting behind. When Alacam's Menderes Saygın in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kulspor's goalie prevented a goal. Mustafa Kemal Nezihi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
