Ali Berkant Yüce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Aşır Tarık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Agah Bürge came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Yaprakli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agah Bürge couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Feneryolu SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Ferit Güler came free, but Aşır Tarık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bican Akyel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Agah Bürge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agah Bürge in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aşır Tarık prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Güvenç Aytekin charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güvenç Aytekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Yaprakli got a freekick which was hit by Turan Bayer. The long shot by Nihat Kırman in the 36th minute really tested Mustafa Arif Oğuztüzün's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Agah Bürge scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aşır Tarık, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet Hakan Uruç took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aşır Tarık. Feneryolu SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Yaprakli's Agah Bürge got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Feneryolu SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yaprakli were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mehmet Ferit Güler was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Yaprakli's Ali Berkant Yüce ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aşır Tarık. Aşır Tarık yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Aşır Tarık took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Ferit Güler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Ferit Güler in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aşır Tarık saved Feneryolu SK from getting behind. Bican Akyel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mustafa Arif Oğuztüzün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Çağrı Demirer kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Yaprakli's Mustafa Arif Oğuztüzün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Çağrı Demirer in the 71st minute of play. Bican Akyel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Arif Oğuztüzün read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Altuğ Saykut kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Mehmet Ferit Güler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. With his leg Aşır Tarık managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Yaprakli's Agah Bürge fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Feneryolu SK's zone, Agah Bürge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aşır Tarık came out of the goal and Agah Bürge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Mehmet Ferit Güler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Feneryolu SK's Aşır Tarık was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94 minutes, Altuğ Saykut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Feneryolu SK and the Yaprakli players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Yaprakli booed when Feneryolu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Altuğ Saykut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Güvenç Aytekin hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Mehmet Ferit Güler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yaprakli's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
