Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rüstem Cumhur kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Ahmet Hafiz Özakıncı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hilvan FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Olcay Peker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Demir Akoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Yıldız SK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Andaç Kutlay hit a great ball. Güner Tekin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cezmi Paşa. Yıldız SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Hilvan FK's goalkeeper Demir Akoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olcay Peker. A collision led to Hilvan FK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Hakan İlbaşı hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Andaç Kutlay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Yıldız SK booed when Hilvan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykutalp Koçarslanoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yıldız SK's Rüstem Cumhur got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Yıldız SK booed when Hilvan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesur Kazakhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demir Akoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olcay Peker in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Yıldız SK's zone, Ahmet Hafiz Özakıncı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cezmi Paşa came out of the goal and Ahmet Hafiz Özakıncı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cezmi Paşa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tolga Okan went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Hafiz Özakıncı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olcay Peker in the 55th minute of play forced Hilvan FK's goalkeeper Demir Akoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olcay Peker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Demir Akoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilvan FK's Demir Akoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olcay Peker in the 63rd minute of play. Hakan İlbaşı's late challenge caught a Yıldız SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakan İlbaşı helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Hilvan FK got a freekick which was hit by Hakan İlbaşı. 65 minutes into the match, Yıldız SK's Mustafa Birol Sonalp broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some careless play in the Hilvan FK defense, Rüstem Cumhur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demir Akoğlu. The Hilvan FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demir Akoğlu should have stopped the shot. Olcay Peker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yıldız SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Cezmi Paşa, was totally fooled by Hilvan FK's Güner Tekin, who 80 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Andaç Kutlay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demir Akoğlu having to interfere. In the 85th minute Olcay Peker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demir Akoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Hilvan FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aykutalp Koçarslanoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Demir Akoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olcay Peker in the 93rd minute of play. Hakan İlbaşı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Cezmi Paşa made a huge save. Yıldız SK's Cezmi Paşa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Yıldız SK from getting a goal against them.
