Dursun Vakkasoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Suat Kaygun in the 17th minute of the match. Baysal Taşkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Dursun Vakkasoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dursun Vakkasoğlu came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Cobanlar FK's Baysal Taşkan. But to his dismay, Baysal Taşkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murathan Levent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Murathan Levent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imamoglu FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Murathan Levent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kıvanç Perva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baysal Taşkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Imamoglu FK's Dursun Vakkasoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baysal Taşkan in the 63rd minute of play. If Suat Kaygun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dursun Vakkasoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baysal Taşkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baysal Taşkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dursun Vakkasoğlu having to interfere. Imamoglu FK's Dursun Vakkasoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Imamoglu FK from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the match, Suat Kaygun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dursun Vakkasoğlu, 2-2.
