A collision led to Toros Kaplanları getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ziya Onur Evcimen hit a great ball. Kastamonu JK's Ferman Akdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Kastamonu JK from getting a goal against them. Toros Kaplanları's Alpay Tetiker got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Toros Kaplanları getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Turgut Yoruk hit a great ball. Ali Kaan Uğursan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamuran Özdoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferman Akdal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ziya Onur Evcimen in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ziya Onur Evcimen got free with Ferman Akdal in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Toros Kaplanları booed when Kastamonu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keramettin Isfahanlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Kaan Uğursan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keramettin Isfahanlı in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Kamuran Özdoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Toros Kaplanları's Alpay Tetiker got a free kick in the 37th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Nurettin Serim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kastamonu JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toros Kaplanları the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ziya Onur Evcimen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toros Kaplanları's supporters rose to their feet, but Ziya Onur Evcimen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferman Akdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ferman Akdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alpay Tetiker, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Ferman Akdal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alpay Tetiker showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 49 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kamuran Özdoğan made a kick off. Kastamonu JK's Ferman Akdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Yoruk in the 56th minute of play. Ferman Akdal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ziya Onur Evcimen went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Necati Yankı during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 minutes of play, Toros Kaplanları's Alpay Tetiker made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferman Akdal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Toros Kaplanları booed when Kastamonu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamuran Özdoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Göktuğ Yastıkcığlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alpay Tetiker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ferman Akdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Alpay Tetiker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alpay Tetiker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ferman Akdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kamuran Özdoğan during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Mustafa Necati Yankı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Toros Kaplanları's Turgut Yoruk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferman Akdal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahmet Hakan Vurgun kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Turgut Yoruk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Kastamonu JK defense, Alpay Tetiker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferman Akdal. The Kastamonu JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferman Akdal should have stopped the shot. Toros Kaplanları's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
