After 4 played minutes Aliaga got a freekick which was hit by Dorukhan Polatkan. 8 minutes into the match, Aliaga's goal looked a bit too open when Haşmet Yordam came free, but Ahmet Tolga Kudsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Emir Kavi's late challenge caught a sirinyer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zülfikar Olcay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Utku Beşir in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Arif Buğra Civanbaht had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Tolga Kudsi. Aliaga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arif Buğra Civanbaht was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Aliaga's Halil Utku Beşir got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aşkın Sabahaddin scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zülfikar Olcay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Haşmet Yordam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Halil Utku Beşir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ziya Bağışhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haşmet Yordam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Tolga Kudsi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. When Ziya Bağışhan came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the sirinyer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ziya Bağışhan couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haşmet Yordam in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Tolga Kudsi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ziya Bağışhan made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Gazanfer Özcan Mülayim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aliaga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave sirinyer the free kick. In the 52nd match minute, Aliaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazanfer Özcan Mülayim to maneuver through the defense. Aliaga's Ahmet Tolga Kudsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziya Bağışhan in the 59th minute of play. Zülfikar Olcay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aşkın Sabahaddin's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aşkın Sabahaddin in the 64th minute of play forced sirinyer's goalkeeper Zülfikar Olcay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Arif Buğra Civanbaht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Halil Utku Beşir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfikar Olcay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Tolga Kudsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziya Bağışhan in the 90th minute of play. Aliaga's Ahmet Tolga Kudsi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Aliaga from getting a goal against them. The sirinyer supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing sirinyer would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
