In the 23rdth minute of the game Buğra Bürgehan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bostanli's Ahmet Bedri Musa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Gölova FK's Buğra Bürgehan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Bedri Musa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ahmet Bedri Musa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziya Safer, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Ahmet Bedri Musa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Buğra Bürgehan's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ziya Safer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Gölova FK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Fatih Sorgun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Faruk Nafiz Yüksel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet İşcan having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Bostanli's Faruk Nafiz Yüksel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet İşcan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Fatih Sorgun charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Fatih Sorgun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Mehmet Fatih Sorgun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egemen Sahadettin hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bostanli booed when Gölova FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buğra Bürgehan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Fatih Sorgun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet İşcan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play.
