Ahmet Emir İlsu came out of the goal and Ahmet Nedim Tulum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Mert Suni made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Emir İlsu. Sakirpasa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sakirpasa's zone, Mert Suni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Emir İlsu came out of the goal and Mert Suni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet İlke Tamay was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Oğuzhan Levent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürsel Bahadıroğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzhan Levent in the 77th minute of play forced Petkim SK's goalkeeper Gürsel Bahadıroğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürsel Bahadıroğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet İlke Tamay went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Petkim SK's goal looked a bit too open when Arın Ferhat Onursu came free, but Gürsel Bahadıroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adnan Gökekin's late challenge caught a Sakirpasa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
