In the 8th minute Arif Vafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşim Ulun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yenal Özyurek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beşir Osmanlı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Cesme's Ali Güralp Boğatekin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Haşim Ulun. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Beşir Osmanlı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yavuzalp İklim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Haşim Ulun made a huge save. Haşim Ulun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Vafi in the 20th minute of play. Yenal Özyurek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orhan Seyfi Şölen in the 22nd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Yenisehir's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Vafi came free, but Haşim Ulun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Yenisehir getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ergün Sümeroğlu hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the game, Ali Güralp Boğatekin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Haşim Ulun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Cesme getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Tanju Hidayet hit a great ball. Berkay Kökşin lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yenisehir fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Cesme's Ali Güralp Boğatekin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Haşim Ulun. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Vafi to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Cesme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Güralp Boğatekin to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Rıfat Tezel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Yenal Özyurek made a huge save. Mahsun Safih hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Yenisehir's goal looked a bit too open when Aras Ceyhan came free, but Haşim Ulun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuzalp İklim in the 60th minute of play forced Yenisehir's goalkeeper Haşim Ulun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alkın Eski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Yenisehir's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Güralp Boğatekin came free, but Haşim Ulun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Arif Vafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşim Ulun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haşim Ulun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Güralp Boğatekin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Cesme's goal looked a bit too open when Orhan Seyfi Şölen came free, but Yenal Özyurek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yavuzalp İklim in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haşim Ulun saved Yenisehir from getting behind. Aras Ceyhan kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Ergün Sümeroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesme were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Yenisehir for a fine match.
