When ANADOLU ERCİYES FC's Hami Sina in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SOI's goalie prevented a goal. Menderes Ziyaettin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of SOI booed when ANADOLU ERCİYES FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mao Yan Sheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menderes Ziyaettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Efe Şabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st match minute, ANADOLU ERCİYES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüsamettin Ulubay to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sammy Longo to make the kick off. SOI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ANADOLU ERCİYES FC the free kick. With an all-out effort, ANADOLU ERCİYES FC's Menderes Ziyaettin threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mehmet Efe Şabi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 柯傲阳 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezen Belen in the 73rd minute of play. Hami Sina scored 2-5 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Menderes Ziyaettin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 minutes of play, SOI's Sezen Belen made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 柯傲阳 was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 88 minutes SOI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Phil Topham who took care of the corner kick. Menderes Ziyaettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hami Sina, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Mehmet Efe Şabi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Yavuz Selim Yelmen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. After 97 played minutes, ANADOLU ERCİYES FC's Phil Topham shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Menderes Ziyaettin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ANADOLU ERCİYES FC reached it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ANADOLU ERCİYES FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
