In the 38th match minute, Beşiktaş JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gündüz Özgenay to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Servet Baybars got free with Özbek Tecmil in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş JK's goal looked a bit too open when Lucian Bidulescu came free, but Özbek Tecmil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gündüz Özgenay's late challenge caught a EMEĞİN GÜCÜ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
