Mert Günok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute Sulo Montaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Günok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lupe Bower in the 8th minute of play. If Sulo Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, LOI's Sulo Montaña ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mert Günok. Mert Günok yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sulo Montaña in the 21st minute of play forced Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goalkeeper Mert Günok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes of play, LOI's Sulo Montaña made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mert Günok was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sulo Montaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sulo Montaña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Mert Günok made a huge save. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Santos in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lupe Bower in the 34th minute of play forced LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the game Stefan Limanowski made a throw-in which Lupe Bower played forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Habib Durukan during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Futbol Sevenler Kulübü booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Habib Durukan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Lupe Bower shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

George Buturugã made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker in the 52nd minute. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LOI's Semail Ilıca got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Özgür Özbek was substituted for Marc Granström. After 64 played minutes LOI got a freekick which was hit by Semail Ilıca. With a little luck, LOI's George Buturugã got control of the ball when Victor Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Sulo Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOI's supporters rose to their feet, but Sulo Montaña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mert Günok breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LOI made a substitution. Hüseyin Cahit Gökdoğan replaced Habib Durukan. In the 75th match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hamdi Ortan to maneuver through the defense. LOI's Kaan Öztanır was substituted for Eriberto Segio. LOI's George Buturugã proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save LOI from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when Kerimhan Cevher came free, but Mert Günok reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes Futbol Sevenler Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Kvick. Mert Günok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerimhan Cevher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Kerimhan Cevher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Futbol Sevenler Kulübü players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LOI.
