Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andrey Formozov started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Syzran FC's Roman Kozlovskiy got a free kick in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Andrey Nikolaev sped through Syzran FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valeriy Mamonov. With a little luck, Spurs's Stanislav Plotnikov got control of the ball when Leonid Shiryaev tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Innokentiy Reshetin during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Innokentiy Reshetin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Leonid Shiryaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrey Formozov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Valeriy Mamonov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrey Formozov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriy Mamonov having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Pavel Agarkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valeriy Mamonov. Syzran FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pavel Agarkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Andrey Formozov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriy Mamonov having to interfere. Andrey Formozov struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Valeriy Mamonov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spurs. 47 minutes into the match, Syzran FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrey Nikolaev came free, but Valeriy Mamonov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Irakliy Dynkin made the kick off in the second half. Spurs's Pavel Agarkov suffered a sore foot after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Innokentiy Reshetin got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 55th minute of the match Marat Paramoshin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valeriy Mamonov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anatoliy Belogorskiy hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Leonid Shiryaev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Syzran FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonid Shiryaev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Syzran FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irakliy Dynkin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Spurs's zone, Leonid Shiryaev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislav Plotnikov came out of the goal and Leonid Shiryaev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Shiryaev in the 69th minute of play forced Spurs's goalkeeper Stanislav Plotnikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Syzran FC booed when Spurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksandr Abalakin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Syzran FC's Leonid Shiryaev got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Andrey Nikolaev came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Spurs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrey Nikolaev couldn't finish the play. If Leonid Shiryaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Leonid Shiryaev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stanislav Plotnikov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Irakliy Dynkin went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 94 minutes into the match, Spurs's goal looked a bit too open when Leonid Shiryaev came free, but Stanislav Plotnikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladislav Bitov charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladislav Bitov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vladislav Bitov kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
