The audience thought a goal was coming when Danil Adrianov got free with Semen Veselov in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute, Igor Burov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute of the match Stepan Kolomnin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yaroslav Mizerovskiy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Danil Adrianov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Semen Veselov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Semen Veselov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikhail Speranskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulan-Ude's Veniamin Vodopyanov got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yaroslav Novitskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Ruslan Kushnarenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Murom's Mikhail Speranskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danil Adrianov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semen Veselov having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Danil Adrianov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Semen Veselov, passed just outside the right post. Danil Adrianov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Semen Veselov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Nikita Zerchaninov put in a rough tackle. Danil Adrianov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semen Veselov having to interfere. If Yaroslav Novitskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaroslav Mizerovskiy made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Yaroslav Novitskiy sent off a good shot on target. Ulan-Ude's Yaroslav Novitskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikhail Speranskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semen Veselov having to interfere. If Danil Adrianov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danil Adrianov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 95 minutes, Yaroslav Novitskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ulan-Ude's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaroslav Novitskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yaroslav Novitskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaroslav Mizerovskiy having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ulan-Ude players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Murom.
