After 4 played minutes, Besiktas's Yuriy Pelevin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonid Grinshtein came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Besiktas reached it. Leonid Grinshtein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afanasiy Moiseev, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute Afanasiy Moiseev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonid Grinshtein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Innokentiy Feofanov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Efim Allemanov. Besiktas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Innokentiy Feofanov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Efim Allemanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vsevolod Zhemchuzhnyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Roman Semins short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Leonid Grinshtein to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 23 minutes into the game, one of Kamyshin FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 24 minutes, Besiktas's Yuriy Pelevin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Leonid Grinshtein. Afanasiy Moiseev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afanasiy Moiseev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Afanasiy Moiseev came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Besiktas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afanasiy Moiseev couldn't finish the play. When Anton Vakhov fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kamyshin FC's protests and gave Anton Vakhov a yellow card for diving instead. Anton Vakhov kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Semin got free with Leonid Grinshtein in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonid Grinshtein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afanasiy Moiseev in the 39th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afanasiy Moiseev to make the kick off. In the 73rd minute, one of Kamyshin FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kamyshin FC. Kamyshin FC:s Leonid Grinshtein showed great skill when he stopped Yuriy Pelevin:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Afanasiy Moiseev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Besiktas's supporters rose to their feet, but Afanasiy Moiseev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonid Grinshtein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Afanasiy Moiseev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonid Grinshtein was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Georgiy Adamskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Besiktas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
