Gabriel Bunoaică didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prunisoru. If Olimpiu Petriceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustin Urderean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Moșneanu in the 18th minute of the match. Sever Vulpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sever Vulpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Dagita's Viorel Ghișe got a free kick in the 28th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sever Vulpe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gabriel Bunoaică. That made the score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. Gabriel Bunoaică showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Vulpe in the 35th minute of the match. Sever Vulpe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Prunisoru's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ilie Ducu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Bunoaică having to make a save.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olimpiu Petriceanu to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Prunisoru's zone, Olimpiu Petriceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iustin Urderean came out of the goal and Olimpiu Petriceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Dagita's goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Ducu came free, but Gabriel Bunoaică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustin Urderean made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Sorin Moșneanu sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Dagita booed when Prunisoru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Loga didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Olimpiu Petriceanu came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Dagita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olimpiu Petriceanu couldn't finish the play. Dagita's Gabriel Bunoaică played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sever Vulpe in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dagita's Victor Vintilă got a free kick in the 67th minute. Victor Vintilă hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Dagita's goal looked a bit too open when Sever Vulpe came free, but Gabriel Bunoaică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, Dagita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viorel Ghișe to maneuver through the defense. When Sever Vulpe came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Prunisoru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sever Vulpe couldn't finish the play. Dagita's Gabriel Bunoaică played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sever Vulpe in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Vintilă during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 88 minutes, Ilie Ducu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prunisoru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilie Ducu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Prunisoru defense, Sorin Moșneanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iustin Urderean. The Prunisoru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iustin Urderean should have stopped the shot. Sever Vulpe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Bunoaică having to make a save. If Ilie Ducu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
