Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sergiu Băcila got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stratonesti's goalkeeper Sebastian Ţeica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Cupșa in the 8th minute of play forced Stratonesti's goalkeeper Sebastian Ţeica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Ţeica came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Chesint's Filip Cupșa. But to his dismay, Filip Cupșa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gheorghe Penaru kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The audience cheered when Silviu Glodeanu's long shot passed Sebastian Ţeica's right side. It was 0-2, 13 minutes into the match. In the 20th match minute, Stratonesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Arapașu to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Ţeica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Cupșa in the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Stratonesti's Paul Arapașu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. David Iftode received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Toader Şimandan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iustinian Brezoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Ţeica having to interfere. When Filip Cupșa came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Chesint fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Cupșa couldn't finish the play. Ionel Gogu charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ionel Gogu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chesint getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ionel Gogu hit a great ball. In the 46th minute Gigel Zamfirescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Şimandan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Ţeica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Cupșa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iustinian Brezoi to make the kick off. The supporters of Stratonesti booed when Chesint was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustinian Brezoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergiu Băcila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Şimandan having to interfere. Gheorghe Penaru's late challenge caught a Chesint's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gheorghe Penaru helped the player get up and apologised. 64 minutes into the match, Chesint's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Băcila came free, but Toader Şimandan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filip Cupșa got free with Sebastian Ţeica in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Sergiu Băcila put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Toader Şimandan. David Iftode fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Şimandan having to interfere. Sergiu Băcila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Filip Cupșa made a precise shot to the right of Sebastian Ţeica. Stratonesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Toader Şimandan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Băcila in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Stratonesti's goal looked a bit too open when Iustinian Brezoi came free, but Sebastian Ţeica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gheorghe Penaru hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Iustinian Brezoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Iftode sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chesint were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Stratonesti's much stronger midfield.
