Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Iustin Lupoi made the kick off which started today's match. Cristinel Babarada struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Emilian Cernescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tirsesti. Emilian Cernescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Vintilescu in the 14th minute of the match. Pavel Rădvan kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Felix Traianescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilian Cernescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Traianescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Vaii's Emilian Cernescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Vintilescu in the 22nd minute of play. Cristinel Babarada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ionică Vintilescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristinel Babarada got free with Emilian Cernescu in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Tirsesti booed when Vaii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sever Isăceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristinel Babarada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Cernescu having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Ionică Vintilescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emilian Cernescu, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ionică Vintilescu to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Mihnea Ologu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tirsesti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaii the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tirsesti's Mihnea Ologu got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, Vasile Ghionaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emilian Cernescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionică Vintilescu in the 61st minute of play. After 64 minutes of play, Vaii's Iustin Lupoi made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isac Lepuș was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vasile Ghionaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Isac Lepuș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasile Ghionaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Lepuș having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ionică Vintilescu in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilian Cernescu saved Vaii from getting behind. Iustin Lupoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isac Lepuș acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Filip Groza.
