Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eliodor Stelian started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes of play, FC Finta's Isac Filipașcu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gheorghe Receanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, FCSB's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Stelian came free, but Gheorghe Receanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinand Berbec might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gheorghe Receanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferdinand Berbec ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute Eliodor Stelian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Receanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Finta's goalkeeper Cristinel Nenciu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When FC Finta's Eliodor Stelian in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCSB's goalie prevented a goal. FC Finta's Ferdinand Berbec got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FCSB's Gheorghe Receanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Filipașcu in the 24th minute of play. Aristide Siadbei took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gheorghe Receanu. FCSB's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Stelian in the 31st minute of play forced FCSB's goalkeeper Gheorghe Receanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes FCSB got a freekick which was hit by Nae Crâșmaru. After some careless play in the FCSB defense, Ferdinand Berbec kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gheorghe Receanu. The FCSB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gheorghe Receanu should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliodor Stelian in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gheorghe Receanu saved FCSB from getting behind. Gheorghe Receanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliodor Stelian's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute of the match Aristide Siadbei shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gheorghe Receanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 45 played minutes FC Finta got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Berbec. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sabin Lopatnicu made a kick off. Costin Oardă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gheorghe Receanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Eliodor Stelian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gheorghe Receanu. That made the score 0-3 in the 57 minute of play. FC Finta's Eliodor Stelian got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Finta's Aristide Siadbei shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gheorghe Receanu but with some difficulty. Eliodor Stelian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Gheorghe Receanu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in FC Finta's zone, Sabin Lopatnicu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Nenciu came out of the goal and Sabin Lopatnicu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliodor Stelian struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Gheorghe Receanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Finta. Ferdinand Berbec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gheorghe Receanu having to interfere. The supporters of FC Finta booed when FCSB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Crâșmaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Eliodor Stelian sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Gheorghe Receanu threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Eliodor Stelian this time. Sabin Lopatnicu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristinel Nenciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Lopatnicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Romeo Pancu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Eliodor Stelian notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FCSB's Gheorghe Receanu. Gheorghe Receanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
