Costin Ionescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, Ilanlac AFC's Vali Ipate made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costin Ionescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vali Ipate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vali Ipates short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Costin Ionescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviu Pavel in the 26th minute of play forced Ilanlac AFC's goalkeeper Alin Gavra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Marchiș kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Obiditi's Silviu Pavel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alin Gavra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 37th minute, Vali Ipate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Jesus Zuniga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ilanlac AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesus Zuniga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Ionescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vali Ipate scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Costin Ionescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Silviu Pavel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Gavra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 46 minutes, Vali Ipate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilanlac AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vali Ipate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Obiditi's goalkeeper Costin Ionescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Blăniță. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silviu Pavel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vali Ipate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Ionescu having to interfere. In the 60th minute Vali Ipate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Ionescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Obiditi's Costin Ionescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Blăniță in the 61st minute of play. If Pavel Blăniță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vali Ipate might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Costin Ionescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vali Ipate ran back to his position shaking his head. Pavel Blăniță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Ionescu having to interfere. Costin Ionescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Ipate in the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Pavel Blăniță managed to get in a good position for a shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ilanlac AFC reached it. In the 79th minute, Pavel Blăniță left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ilanlac AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Ferdinand Marchiș hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes, Obiditi's Fabian Enășoiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alin Gavra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Obiditi reached it. 85 minutes into the game, Gigel Burileanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ilanlac AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Obiditi the free kick. A collision led to Ilanlac AFC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gigel Burileanu hit a great ball. Alin Gavra made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Dorel Cojan sent off a good shot on target. Vali Ipate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Ionescu having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Pavel Blăniță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Ionescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Blăniță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
