Eliodor Caragea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Iosif Cara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliodor Caragea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Maxim Fințescu made a precise shot to the right of Eliodor Caragea. Holobani AS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, Circea's Basarab Dicu got control of the ball when Adam Tremurici tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Circea's goalkeeper Basarab Dicu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Gabriel Frumușanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxim Fințescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Circea booed when Holobani AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Frumușanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holobani AS's Eliodor Caragea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Cara in the 29th minute of play. If Maxim Fințescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliodor Caragea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Fințescu in the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Maxim Fințescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliodor Caragea. Holobani AS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maxim Fințescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Circea's Basarab Dicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Frumușanu in the 39th minute of play. Gabriel Frumușanu struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Basarab Dicu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holobani AS. Maxim Fințescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Frumușanu to make the kick off. Basarab Dicu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Frumușanu in the 52nd minute of the match. When Cezar Barbosu came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Holobani AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Barbosu couldn't finish the play. If Cezar Barbosu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Holobani AS getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Marius Albulescu hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, one of Circea:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Circea. Florin Bociort shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 93 minutes into the match, Circea's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Frumușanu came free, but Basarab Dicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basarab Dicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Barbosu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Basarab Dicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Frumușanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 98 minutes, Iosif Cara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Circea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iosif Cara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Circea had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
