Pompiliu Romaşcanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Traian Lucaci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the game, Pompiliu Romaşcanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC.LUCA SPORT.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stangaceaua CF the free kick. 11 minutes into the match, Stangaceaua CF's Nichifor Neața broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Stangaceaua CF's Petruț Braru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nae Logofătu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Petruț Braru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Nae Logofătu made a huge save. Petruț Braru took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nae Logofătu. Nae Logofătu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Petrică Crăciun sped through Stangaceaua CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Traian Lucaci. Traian Lucaci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Irimescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Stangaceaua CF's Traian Lucaci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Crăciun in the 27th minute of play. Petruț Braru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nae Logofătu having to make a save. Petruț Braru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute Mugur Dănănae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nae Logofătu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stangaceaua CF's goalkeeper Traian Lucaci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonard Șeitan kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Petrică Crăciun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cristian Irimescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC.LUCA SPORT.'s Aron Mateescu got a free kick in the 46th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Mugur Dănănae managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stangaceaua CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Mugur Dănănae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nae Logofătu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petrică Crăciun was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, FC.LUCA SPORT. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Stăniloaie to maneuver through the defense. Mugur Dănănae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nae Logofătu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Mugur Dănănae notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC.LUCA SPORT.'s Nae Logofătu. Nae Logofătu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 59 minutes into the match, Stangaceaua CF's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Romaşcanu came free, but Traian Lucaci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nae Logofătu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugur Dănănae, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Petruț Braru took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nae Logofătu. Nae Logofătu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Stangaceaua CF's zone, Petrică Crăciun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Traian Lucaci came out of the goal and Petrică Crăciun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Mugur Dănănae's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nae Logofătu was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Nae Logofătu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mugur Dănănae went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. FC.LUCA SPORT.'s Cristian Irimescu got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC.LUCA SPORT.'s Nae Logofătu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Dănănae in the 91st minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Stangaceaua CF fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC.LUCA SPORT. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
