GeaniSimy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC REAL MADRID the free kick. A collision led to GeaniSimy FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Claudiu Lucănescu hit a great ball. Nicu Tutunaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Aranzubia in the 11th minute of play. When FC REAL MADRID's Fernando Delgado in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GeaniSimy FC's goalie prevented a goal. Anton Goicea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Măgureanu in the 17th minute of play. Nicu Tutunaru came out of the goal and Leontin Caramarin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Delgado in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicu Tutunaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leontin Caramarin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicu Tutunaru having to make a save. A collision led to GeaniSimy FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Eric Hârlab hit a great ball. Fernando Delgado scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicu Tutunaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Codruț Marinică in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC REAL MADRID's Nicu Măcrinici. 71 minutes into the match, GeaniSimy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Caramarin came free, but Nicu Tutunaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rareș Bălăiță hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Nicu Tutunaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leontin Caramarin went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Nicu Tutunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Tutunaru having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Bastian Aranzubia notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of GeaniSimy FC's Nicu Tutunaru. Nicu Tutunaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
