Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gheorghe Cercelescu kicked off to start the match. Iordache Bratiloveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Cercelescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the game, Hinova AC's Dorel Ştefănescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iordache Bratiloveanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Sorin Lemnaru kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Stelian Măcriș came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Ludas SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stelian Măcriș couldn't finish the play. If Stelian Măcriș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Măcriș's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aristide Ceaușu firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Stelian Măcriș managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ludas SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stelian Măcriș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristide Ceaușu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Hinova AC defense, Stelian Măcriș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristide Ceaușu. The Hinova AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristide Ceaușu should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute Eduard Honciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Ceaușu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iordache Bratiloveanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorel Ştefănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 39th minute, Stelian Măcriș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute Gheorghe Cercelescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Bratiloveanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Aristide Ceaușu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Honciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Aristide Ceaușu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduard Honciu went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute, Remus Ţiţeica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorel Ştefănescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Iordache Bratiloveanu made a huge save. Stelian Măcriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ludas SC's Valeriu Sorin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Panait Mîțu in the 79 minute of the game. Aristide Ceaușu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Măcriș in the 80th minute of play. Aristide Ceaușu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Honciu in the 83rd minute of the match. Iordache Bratiloveanu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Remus Ţiţeica. When Stelian Măcriș came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ludas SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stelian Măcriș couldn't finish the play. When Gheorghe Cercelescu fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hinova AC's protests and gave Gheorghe Cercelescu a yellow card for diving instead. Stelian Măcriș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Ceaușu having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Eduard Honciu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ludas SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.
