Cringurile's Emil Bratoloveanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Cutieru in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th play minute Bogdan Cutieru came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emil Bratoloveanu. 1-0. In the 12th minute, Gigel Popârcea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Octav Turbatu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Vâlceanu's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Grabanu's Marius Vlaicu got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Gigel Popârcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Niculae Onișoru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emil Bratoloveanu. Niculae Onișoru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Octav Turbatu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Ionaș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Ionaș in the 30th minute of play forced Grabanu's goalkeeper Octav Turbatu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Cutieru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Bratoloveanu was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Emil Bratoloveanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Viorel Cîrțu's late challenge caught a Grabanu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viorel Cîrțu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Bogdan Cutieru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emil Bratoloveanu was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Mihăiţă Stanomir capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mihăiţă Stanomir really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigel Popârcea made a kick off. If Bogdan Cutieru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogdan Cutieru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Bratoloveanu having to interfere. Emil Bratoloveanu came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Grabanu's Stelian Oncescu. But to his dismay, Stelian Oncescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Niculae Onișoru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emil Bratoloveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihăiţă Stanomir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. In the 79th match minute, Grabanu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihăiţă Stanomir to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Cringurile's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Cutieru came free, but Emil Bratoloveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Onișoru succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Manuel Vâlceanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Octav Turbatu made a huge save. Octav Turbatu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Popârcea in the 89th minute of the match. Adrian Agrigoroaiei struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Octav Turbatu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cringurile. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cringurile players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grabanu.
