Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cristi Săndoi made the kick off and thus started the match. Cristi Săndoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristi Săndoi in the 8th minute of play forced Marafet FC's goalkeeper Marin Mareș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Doru Ozon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marin Mareș. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Marafet FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Mărăcuță to maneuver through the defense. Goala AFC's Lucian Căliman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Dărmănescu in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match George Dima shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marin Mareș showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 29th match minute, Goala AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doru Ozon to maneuver through the defense. Ionel Dărmănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Lucian Căliman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36th play minutes Cristi Săndoi shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Marin Mareș and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 41st minute, Cristi Săndoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valeriu Eremia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Căliman having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valeriu Eremia was the one to do the kick off. Cristi Săndoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marin Mareș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristi Săndoi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57th minute of the match, Moise Mărăcuță tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lucian Căliman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th minute, Ionel Dărmănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucian Căliman made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Ionel Dărmănescu sent off a good shot on target. Cristi Săndoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Goala AFC's goalkeeper Lucian Căliman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionel Dărmănescu. Goala AFC's Răzvan Romulus got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Goala AFC's Lucian Căliman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valeriu Eremia in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristi Săndoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marin Mareș was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Valeriu Eremia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Lucian Căliman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Marafet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristi Săndoi came free, but Marin Mareș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristi Săndoi in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marin Mareș saved Marafet FC from getting behind. Goala AFC's Doru Ozon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mihail Bacanu in the 95 minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Goala AFC had won after a very even match.
