Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cristi Săndoi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lucian Căliman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Sădeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Marin got free with Lucian Căliman in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Cristi Săndoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nechifor Dragotescu was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Nechifor Dragotescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristi Săndoi went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Iosif Bogătan kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tunari's Costin Sădeanu got a free kick in the 27th minute. Cristi Săndoi scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nechifor Dragotescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romeo Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucian Căliman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Sădeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Costin Sădeanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucian Căliman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Goala AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! Romeo Marin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lucian Căliman firmly grabbed it by the left post. With 41 minutes on the clock, Costin Posteucă commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 41 minutes into the game, one of Tunari:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Goala AFC's zone, Romeo Marin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucian Căliman came out of the goal and Romeo Marin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Goala AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Romeo Marin made the kick off in the second half. Lucian Căliman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Goala AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Marin came free, but Lucian Căliman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Căliman having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Goala AFC got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Berca. Cristi Săndoi in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nechifor Dragotescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristi Săndoi had several of the Tunari's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Nechifor Dragotescu as he didn't even see the shot coming. 70 minutes into the match, Goala AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Marin came free, but Lucian Căliman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tunari's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iustinian Răducan in the 72nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Iustinian Răducan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucian Căliman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Romeo Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Goala AFC's Cristi Săndoi in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tunari's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Tunari getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Manole Adam hit a great ball. Cristi Săndoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nechifor Dragotescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cristi Săndoi came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Goala AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristi Săndoi couldn't finish the play. Nechifor Dragotescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristi Săndoi's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The Goala AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Goala AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
