After some careless play in the AC MILAN defense, Daniel Onciu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucian Călin. The AC MILAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucian Călin should have stopped the shot. Lucian Călin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Turbatu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Iclanzelul's zone, Ştefan Tolea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Aanuţei came out of the goal and Ştefan Tolea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 51st minute Toader Bran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Călin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC MILAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Turbatu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The AC MILAN supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Iclanzelul's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Iclanzelul.
