When Pietrestii's Bálint Rigó in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NightOwls's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute, Bálint Rigó got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pavel Donici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Pogba, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in NightOwls fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! Pietrestii's Paul Pogba got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pavel Donici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bálint Rigó in the 20th minute of the match. Ioan Bobailă lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pietrestii! Paul Stafie had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Alin Strugure's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Bálint Rigó managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pietrestii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bálint Rigó was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Pietrestii's Romeo Trifănucă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pavel Donici made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 43rd minute Bálint Rigó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Donici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The NightOwls players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pietrestii were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Lucian Enciulescu made the kick off in the second half. Bálint Rigó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Donici having to interfere. Bálint Rigó in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pavel Donici, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 57th minute, Daniel Martinescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Lucian Enciulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bálint Rigó might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pavel Donici. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bálint Rigó ran back to his position shaking his head. Pavel Donici was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Martinescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. If Bálint Rigó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavel Donici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Trifănucă, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Paul Stafie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucian Enciulescu in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Bogdan Stejaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NightOwls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pietrestii the free kick. Bálint Rigó struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Pavel Donici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pietrestii. Bálint Rigó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Donici having to interfere. After 88th play minutes Petruț Botescu shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Paul Stafie and just under the crossbar into goal. Bálint Rigó's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Pavel Donici skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petruț Botescu in the 94th minute of play forced Pietrestii's goalkeeper Paul Stafie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pietrestii's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
