Ioan Filipoiu struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Dragoş Marica didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC DMN. Berca FCM's Dragoş Marica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Nicodim in the 19th minute of play. Viorel Nicodim scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dragoş Marica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Liviu Itoafă scored 1-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dragoş Marica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dragoş Marica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viorel Nicodim, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viorel Nicodim got free with Dragoş Marica in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Liviu Itoafă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragoş Marica read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Nicodim in the 84th minute of play forced Berca FCM's goalkeeper Dragoş Marica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC DMN's zone, Sebastian Rădulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ioan Prelipceanu came out of the goal and Sebastian Rădulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dragoş Marica made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ioan Filipoiu sent off a good shot on target. Ioan Prelipceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Bărnuțiu in the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Dorel Bărnuțiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berca FCM's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorel Bărnuțiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ioan Prelipceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ioan Filipoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Dragoş Marica made a huge save. Dragoş Marica made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ioan Filipoiu sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over FC DMN could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Berca FCM throughout the match.
