Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stelian Gârniceanu got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Stelian Gârniceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toporu's supporters rose to their feet, but Stelian Gârniceanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Butuc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Bute received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Denis Butuc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corneliu Istrăteanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Toporu's Stelian Gârniceanu in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind doctoreanu fc's goalkeeper Denis Butuc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Gârniceanu in the 40th minute of play forced doctoreanu fc's goalkeeper Denis Butuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stelian Gârniceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Stelian Gârniceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Toporu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silviu Orădan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Corneliu Istrăteanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the doctoreanu fc and the Toporu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Ionel Avramescu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and doctoreanu fc's Denis Butuc didn't even have to move. Remus Muraru might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gică Stafie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remus Muraru ran back to his position shaking his head. If Stelian Gârniceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Gârniceanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Butuc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of doctoreanu fc booed when Toporu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Urdea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Ciprian Cazimir shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gică Stafie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Silviu Orădan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Gârniceanu in the 84th minute of play forced doctoreanu fc's goalkeeper Denis Butuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Bute's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Denis Butuc skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Daniel Bute had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Butuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Gârniceanu in the 91st minute of play. After 96th play minutes Daniel Bute shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Denis Butuc and just under the crossbar into goal.
