With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Frâncu in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petruț Chiper saved Jadani CSS from getting behind. Cotorman AFC's Nichifor Nișu got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Aurelian Macarie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jadani CSS's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelian Macarie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorin Nestor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Doru Vătăşel's late challenge caught a Jadani CSS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doru Vătăşel helped the player get up and apologised. Doru Vătăşel hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Silviu Teodorescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorin Nestor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Silviu Teodorescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Nestor having to interfere. If Nichifor Nișu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Jadani CSS booed when Cotorman AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costin Vlădean didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Cotorman AFC defense, Silviu Teodorescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorin Nestor. The Cotorman AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorin Nestor should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Aurelian Macarie might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorin Nestor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelian Macarie ran back to his position shaking his head. Aurelian Macarie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nichifor Nișu got free with Petruț Chiper in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Manuel Frâncu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Frâncu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Chiper having to interfere. Aurelian Macarie took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorin Nestor. Dorin Nestor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. With a left leg Petruț Chiper saved Jadani CSS from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, Aurelian Macarie notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Cotorman AFC's Dorin Nestor. Dorin Nestor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nichifor Nișu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petruț Chiper having to make a save. The nice shot from Nichifor Nișu in the 88thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Petruț Chiper had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Nicu Tâlvescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Silviu Teodorescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jadani CSS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cotorman AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
