Sever Coporan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 5th playminute. The supporters of Movileni booed when Borastii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Albulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihail Ipătescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petrică Bejan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Nicu Minteuan's late challenge caught a Borastii's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicu Minteuan helped the player get up and apologised. Nicu Minteuan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Sever Coporan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonard Traian was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Florin Niculescu. Sever Coporans short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Leonard Traian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Movileni's Nicu Minteuan got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sever Coporan in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonard Traian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 45 minutes, Mugurel Zăvoianu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borastii and the Movileni players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mugurel Zăvoianu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sever Coporan to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Movileni getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Leonard Traian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sever Coporan's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Borastii's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Mineață came free, but Leonard Traian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Movileni's Eusebiu Mineață made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonard Traian was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Borastii's goal looked a bit too open when Sever Coporan came free, but Leonard Traian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petrică Bejan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mihail Ipătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nechifor Cornoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Maxim Buznea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leonard Traian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Movileni's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
