Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Liviu Luțu started the match with the kick off. Mihail Ipătescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Luțu in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th match minute, Soimeni CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Şuteu to maneuver through the defense. Mihail Ipătescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Nestor in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Florin Niculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionel Nestor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihail Ipătescu having to interfere. Liviu Luțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Mihail Ipătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Ionel Nestor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihail Ipătescu. Movileni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionel Nestor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Liviu Luțu kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Soimeni CS's Aristide Ghiță got control of the ball when Sever Coporan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florin Niculescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Ghiță having to interfere. Alexandru Popoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Aristide Ghiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Soimeni CS's Aristide Ghiță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sever Coporan in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Stelian Zotincă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Florin Niculescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aristide Ghiță came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Movileni's Sever Coporan. But to his dismay, Sever Coporan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sever Coporan made a kick off. The supporters of Soimeni CS booed when Movileni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Petrulean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soimeni CS's Ionel Nestor got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liviu Luțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mihail Ipătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihail Ipătescu made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ionel Nestor sent off a good shot on target. In the 71stth minute of the game Liviu Luțu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Movileni's Mihail Ipătescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ionel Nestor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Movileni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Moga to maneuver through the defense. Movileni's Mihail Ipătescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Luțu in the 81st minute of play. Ionel Nestors short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Mihail Ipătescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aristide Ghiță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebiu Mineață, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soimeni CS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alexandru Popoiu was slow to take the kick. During this time Movileni's players had a chance to rest. Movileni's Alexandru Popoiu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aristide Ghiță in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 91st minute Liviu Luțu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihail Ipătescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94thth minute of the game Liviu Luțu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Movileni's Mihail Ipătescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that Movileni were the better team. Movileni's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
