Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Tarcuta CSS's goalkeeper Moise Gherasescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Șerban Panțuru. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iustin Lalescu in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grigore Macarie saved International ACL from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as International ACL's Ionel Cârju slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Moise Gherasescu. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. In the 14th minute, Ionel Cârju got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th match minute, Tarcuta CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicu Stancu to maneuver through the defense. Tarcuta CSS's Moise Gherasescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Cârju in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Tarcuta CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Pantiș to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Șerban Panțuru got free with Moise Gherasescu in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Iustin Lalescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Grigore Macarie. International ACL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iustin Lalescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Șerban Panțuru managed to get in a good position for a shot. International ACL's supporters rose to their feet, but Șerban Panțuru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moise Gherasescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moise Gherasescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Cârju in the 30th minute of play. Grigore Macarie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mavrodin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 40thth minute of the game Gabriel Mavrodin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but International ACL's Grigore Macarie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ionel Cârju stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Ionel Cârju made a precise shot to the right of Moise Gherasescu. Tarcuta CSS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 61 played minutes International ACL got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Micu. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Mavrodin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grigore Macarie was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 68th match minute, Tarcuta CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Luțu to maneuver through the defense. Moise Gherasescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionel Cârju in the 71st minute of the match. In the 86th minute Gabriel Mavrodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Macarie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionel Cârju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Gherasescu having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Tarcuta CSS's Gabriel Mavrodin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grigore Macarie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 93 minutes, Eliodor Micu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the International ACL and the Tarcuta CSS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 96 minutes, Șerban Panțuru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. International ACL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Șerban Panțuru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The International ACL fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tarcuta CSS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
