The supporters of FC Sebastian booed when Cirligele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionuț Moculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nichifor Golumbean got free with Teodor Emilianu in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 21 minutes on the clock, Aristide Lăceanu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Aristide Lăceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Adam Moldoveanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferdinand Pașcalău having to make a save. After 24 played minutes FC Sebastian got a freekick which was hit by Emil Jucu. After 28 played minutes FC Sebastian got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Bota. Nichifor Golumbean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Teodor Emilianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Nichifor Golumbean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Sebastian's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichifor Golumbean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Sebastian defense, Iustin Ciprian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferdinand Pașcalău. The FC Sebastian fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdinand Pașcalău should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ionuț Moculescu during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iustin Ciprian to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Emil Jucu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Iustin Ciprian fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ferdinand Pașcalău, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Iustin Ciprian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cirligele's supporters rose to their feet, but Iustin Ciprian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinand Pașcalău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, Cirligele's Iustin Ciprian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinand Pașcalău narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Iustin Ciprian came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Cirligele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustin Ciprian couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Dariusz Marut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nichifor Golumbean scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodor Emilianu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Iustin Ciprian notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Sebastian's Ferdinand Pașcalău. Ferdinand Pașcalău was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 76 minutes into the match, Cirligele's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Burtea came free, but Teodor Emilianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Blejan in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Sebastian's goalkeeper Ferdinand Pașcalău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Pașcalău was a little too slow when Ionuț Moculescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-3. The supporters of Cirligele booed when FC Sebastian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirligele's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
