Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Remus Brânza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Iovan in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Uileac getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Fabian Caba hit a great ball. Gavril Morar struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Remus Brânza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buceava. Traian Iovan might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remus Brânza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Traian Iovan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Anton Vuia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Brânza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Iovan in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Fabian Caba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavril Morar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Brânza having to interfere. Aurel Bălanescu kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Uileac got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Irod. In the 28th minute Vlad Nișu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Gruia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavril Morar in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Brânza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Buceava's Traian Iovan got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Nișu in the 34th minute of play forced Buceava's goalkeeper Corneliu Gruia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buceava's Corneliu Gruia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlad Nișu in the 37th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Eliodor Bobariu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Corneliu Gruia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
55 minutes into the match, Buceava's goal looked a bit too open when Vlad Nișu came free, but Corneliu Gruia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Uileac booed when Buceava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narcis Crăcană didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Vlad Nișu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Gruia was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Remus Brânza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Morar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remus Brânza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Traian Iovan in the 65th minute. In the 81st match minute, Uileac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Bălanescu to maneuver through the defense. Gavril Morar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Buceava's Corneliu Gruia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlad Nișu in the 85th minute of play. The Buceava supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Buceava would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
