Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ghiocel SC's Irinel Muscaș started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Ghiocel SC fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Ghiocel SC's Eduard Florei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Nișu in the 7th minute of play forced Ghiocel SC's goalkeeper Mihail Bocșan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Muscaș in the 10th minute of play forced Uileac's goalkeeper Remus Brânza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Săvulescu's late challenge caught a Uileac's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Codrin Săvulescu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Uileac booed when Ghiocel SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Săvulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlad Nișu struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Mihail Bocșan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uileac. The supporters of Uileac booed when Ghiocel SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Ciordaș didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Eliodor Bobariu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurel Bălanescu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Eduard Florei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uileac's Remus Brânza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Mihail Bocșan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliodor Bobariu's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes of play, Uileac's Eliodor Bobariu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mihail Bocșan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ghiocel SC's goalkeeper Mihail Bocșan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ghiocel SC's Petruț Ciordaș got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Irinel Muscaș reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Remus Brânza. The goal made the score 1-2. Eliodor Bobariu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihail Bocșan having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Uileac's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Muscaș came free, but Remus Brânza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Nișu in the 83rd minute of play forced Ghiocel SC's goalkeeper Mihail Bocșan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vlad Nișu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vlad Nișu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petruț Ciordaș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Brânza having to interfere. Mihail Bocșan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vlad Nișu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ghiocel SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ghiocel SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
