Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Temisoara AFC's Emil Costăchescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Iordache Jerca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tatarir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Tatarir's Iordache Jerca in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Temisoara AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Emil Costăchescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Codruț Ţipirig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ştefan Rebengiuc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Emil Balotă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tatarir's supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Balotă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristinel Andronache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Boroneanț hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Tatarir's Emil Balotă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristinel Andronache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristinel Andronache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Balotă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosmin Rada kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Codruț Ţipirig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristinel Chiriac in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristinel Andronache saved Temisoara AFC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Balotă in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristinel Andronache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grigore Costandin charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grigore Costandin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Augustin Crișan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Iordache Jerca made the kick off in the second half. Tatarir's Iordache Jerca got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduard Ştefulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Ştefulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Temisoara AFC's Cristinel Andronache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iordache Jerca in the 59th minute of play. Sebastian Cupșa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Emil Costăchescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ştefan Rebengiuc having to make a save. Emil Costăchescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iordache Jerca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Codruț Ţipirig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ştefan Rebengiuc having to interfere. With a little luck, Temisoara AFC's Cristinel Andronache got control of the ball when Emil Balotă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emil Balotă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Andronache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 91st minute, Codruț Ţipirig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Emil Balotă came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Tatarir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Balotă couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Emil Balotă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
